- Meal 5 – 2 oz ground beef, 2 oz noodles, 4 oz tortilla (Iranian spaghetti with tadig!)
- Exercise:
- HIIT – rowing machine for 22.5 minutes
- LISS – air climber to get at least 6,250 steps in
