- Highs: I moved around “naturally” today getting half my steps in by the time I normally get on the air climber. It would have taken another half hour to get the remaining 5,000 steps but instead, I rode my bicycle for the first time in years. It was quite a workout and I had a great time getting outside with Dominik!
