- Steps: 10,649 (as of 9:10pm)
- Lows: Wrong direction on the scale. I was on the road today so I did not get enough sleep, I only took one serving of Metamucil, Meals 2-4 were off plan, and I did not drink enough water.
- Highs: I started the day with Meal 1 according to plan! As soon as I got home, I went straight to my air climber and still got my steps in! I ended the day with Meal 5 back according to plan! Despite the off-plan meals, I was still in my calorie range!
- Nutrition:
- Meal 1 – 1 slice of white bread, 1 slice of American cheese, .5 c and 3 tbsp egg whites, scrambled
- Meals 2 and 3 – Starbucks almond croissant
- Meal 4 – Burger King chicken fries
- Meal 5 – .5 c steamed white Basmati rice, 3 oz baked salmon, asparagus, lemon juice
- Exercise:
- LISS – air climber to get my steps in
- All other markers checked (basically, just my vitamins and this accountability post!).
